The 3-Step Admission Process
Confidential Assessment (Phone): Call us for a free, 15-minute clinical pre-screening. We discuss your current substance use and medical history to ensure our facility is the right clinical fit for your safety.
Insurance Verification / Financial Planning: We immediately verify your benefits to see if your private insurance covers Residential Treatment, Medical Detox, or Psychological Services. We also discuss self-pay rates and flexible payment plans.
Immediate Intake: Once approved, we coordinate your arrival. We can assist with travel arrangements and airport pickups to ensure you arrive safely at our facility.
Insurance Partners
We work with most major Canadian insurance providers. While coverage varies by individual plan, many policies cover Medical Detoxification, Inpatient Psychological Treatment, and Registered Psychotherapy.

Do you accept OHIP?
As a private medical facility, our residential programs are not covered by OHIP. However, most private employee benefit plans do offer coverage for our services. Contact us for a free benefits check.
How quickly can I get in?
In most cases, we can facilitate same-day or next-day admissions. Addiction is a time-sensitive condition, and we prioritize rapid intake to ensure your safety.
What should I bring?
Pack enough comfortable clothing for 7 days (laundry is available). Bring any current prescription medications in their original bottles. Please leave valuables, unapproved electronics, and products containing alcohol (like mouthwash) at home.
Can you pick me up?
Yes. For clients arriving by plane or train, we offer a discrete pickup service to transport you safely from the terminal directly to our facility.
Is the cost tax-deductible?
In many cases, addiction treatment services provided by medical professionals can be claimed as a Medical Expense on your Canadian tax return. We provide detailed receipts for this purpose.
